This
concept of Dosa Express was the
brain child of Mr. Sathyaprasad
Shetty, who is a director
of Shettysons and who has an industry
experience of almost 20 years.
Mr.shetty’s
family has been in the food industry
for almost 4 decades and has always
believed in evolving with time
to meet the new challenges that
the ever changing & demanding
food taste of the foodies. Keeping
with the family tradition which
encouraged the idea of thinking
out of the box & to be creative
, Mr.shetty first
thought of merging dosas with
the Chinese Noodles & Schezwan
sauce by trying it out in the
various canteen that the family
has across India & taking the
feedback of clients.
He realized that after few years
that there was a huge potential
in this concept if its rightly
done. After 2 years of trials &
standardization & training he
finally decided to go ahead with
the concept of fusion dosa & enrich
the already amazing Indian Cuisine
